wonderful swimming beach, spacious rooms, clean facilities
Disorganized spa services!!! Chairs around the pool remain reserved by towels despite rules against it!!! Breakfast selections could be more varied!!! The restaurant closing at 3 PM is inconvenient!!!

Loved this beachfront hotel: yummy food and super-friendly staff. The room was modern in maintained garden, we had a good rest. The location was stunning: a small store and a mini market were within walking distance. Really nice restaurant provided Thai dishes.

The beautiful infinity pool offered fine views right in front of the beach. The area was quiet, and the beach itself had a nice shallow swimming spot. Staff seemed cheerful and worked hard to meet requests. The Beautiful Family Bungalow wasnice and neat, with great air conditioning. Food at the restaurant was enjoyable, particularly the Thai dishes. Breakfast had a few hits but could use more variety. The mattress was uncomfortable initially, but staff quickly provided a topper, made a big difference. One downside was the limited breakfast selection compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The beach had some litter, although staff made attempts to clean it up regularly. A vehicle is recommended for getting around, as not much is within walking distance.

Staff was excellent and very helpful in every way. Especially the manager of the resort was so nice. We really didn't have high hopes for the resort, but it really blew us away. Nice, small, cosy place with nice atmosphere.
Location. You need a motorbike to get to Saladan town if you don't want to pay high prices for tuk-tuk's that are waiting in front of resort.

Pool, beach, reception, restaurant were all nicely concentrated and easily accessable. Close to Saladam bit still isolated. Nice and serviceoriented people.

A hidden slice of paradise
The tranquil beach with soft sand welcomed each morning, and the friendly staff were very good. The cozy bungalow provided the perfect retreat.
The dining menu was rather limited, especially during low season, and we found some inconsistencies with breakfast orders. The bed was firm and took some adjusting to.

The view was beautiful, our balcony was 1 foot from the beach and Twin Bay is gorgeous! So many shells to collect! And the staff were kind and so helpful, and really great with kids!

Absolutely loved the Beautiful Beach-Front Bungalow we stayed in, so cozy and clean. The pool right by the beach was a highlight! Only downside was the breakfast could have more variety.

Our second time at this hotel - we went back for the great beach and the nice swimming pools and rooms.
At first the staff did not want to give us the room we had booked or the bunks beds for our children which we had also booked and it the a phone call and strenuous persuasion to the General Manager before we could check in. Not a good experience and an education opportunity for the hotel training regime.

Resort was very quiet and right on the beach. Very friendly staff.
No restaurant at hotel due to it being low season.
